Firdous Lawn Summer Carnival 2012 held at Zevar Hall, Pearl Continental Hotel showcased the first volume of summer designs from the house of Firdous. Last year, Firdous Lawn got enormous response and profit. “This time our lawn collection consists of two ranges only. One of our ranges offers embroidered lawn designs and the other offers a variety of floral prints without the embroidery. We chose not to present a prêt collection this time around” asked by the director of Firdous Cloth Omer Saleem. Firdous’ embroidered lawn has 16 designs and each design is available in two colors ways, while the floral print collection consists of 14 designs in single color way only, said by an official. This time Firdous designers have made lots of changes in designs and colors according to the feedback of customers and fashion trends. They mainly focus on boom and vibrant colors despite the light colors in summer. They tone the shocking red in soft pink with the vibrant pink floral designing. Panoramic white embroidery on kameez and stylish dual tone dopatta, give a glow to the dress.
